Hello, everyone! I recently bought my 2007 MINI Cooper and I have a question regarding the bluetooth feature. I was able to pair my phone with the MINI, but when I dialed a number, the computer would tell me that "services are not available at this time." Sometimes, it would dial the number and the person on the other end would pick up the phone, but I couldn't hear that person and vice versa. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
I did try to call my MINI advisor, but he's not very reponsive. Please help. Thanks!!!

Mine has a problem holding the connection if i'm not using it but if I call someone or anything it connects and stays connected. I would try calling your service department but I bet they'll tell you to bring it in and they'll fix it for $298375t450989234
