i bought my new 07 mini in march in MINI RICHMOND. (i had a 03 model before)  n' the 2nd day i got my car there was already ticking noise coming out from the engine.. they didn't even know hot to fix the problem! they said it was alright for me to drive.  i forced them to fix my car for me n' it took them 2 months to settle down n' make an appointment w/ me.. and THEY FOUND A BROKEN SPRING in the engine* which made the car not going very smoothly.. it ate up some horsepower......... n' it took them 3 weeks to get it fixed.

i was so unhappy and frustrated about it.  cuz there was a broken spring in the engine for 2 months n' they didn't even get the problems fixed in the first place. their service was poor. I had to contact mini canada directly.  but they are not doing ANYTHING FOR ME.

too bad i live in canada. there's no lemon law.  now i don't even feel safe driving the car.  it feels weird.
can anyone help me w/ the problem?
is there anything i can do?? =(
