Ceramic Pads on a mini?

I have had ceramic pads on my brakes on my current vehicle and wanted to know that after the mini's pads wear out, can they be replaced with ceramic? The nice thing about them is you don't see that ugly black brake dust like you do with the OEM brake pads and rotors.
