I''m still waiting on my mini cooper s but have a question. If i install a front strut bar on my own will it void the warrenty? If i have to i will go through the dealer but i have installed strut bars on an older honda civic were the warrenty was not on it. It was easy, i don''t need to pay someone to do somethign that i can do with a friend one night after work.

I doubt they''d void the warranty for a strut bar ... Normally they will only void the warranty on what it touches /influences ... so unless you have the strut mounts mushroom you''ll be fine , and even then you can remove the bar before taking it in ...
Mines been on since 05 and nothing said at service times
